First Nation governments regularly seek legal advice on various issues that are critical to the functioning of their administrations. We provide legal advice to our First Nation clients on employment and contractual matters, draft by-laws and policies, membership codes and custom election codes and develop trust agreements for the long term economic prosperity of the First Nation.
