L. Nathalie Whyte

Nathalie's career in the field of social work led to her interest in the legal profession, and she returned to school in 2003 to study law. Nathalie received her LLB from the University of Saskatchewan in April 2007.

Nathalie joined Rath & Company as an articling student in July 2007. During her articling term at Rath & Company, Nathalie provided valuable support to the legal team on large Aboriginal litigation files and worked on a variety of legal issues ranging from contractual disputes to residential school claims. Nathalie was called to the Alberta bar in August 2008, and remains with Rath & Company as an associate lawyer to continue to develop her career in the area of Aboriginal law. Nathalie's practice focuses on First Nations' governance, First Nations' consultation, environmental law, Oil & Gas, as well as general litigation.
